Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will either:
✔ Send a replacement at no extra cost
✔ Or issue a full refund

No need to return the damaged item.
